Ross Bale is a Senior IT Analyst for a national plant hire company with over 13 years IT experience for a variety of organisations, from blue chip global companies to local small businesses, doing everything from 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Technical Support to Project Management of major IT Infrastructure and Data Migration Projects. Currently he is working within blended service delivery, project management and web development with responsibility for the development and maintenance of ten websites as well as a National IT infrastructure.
