    Samsung has posted the spec for its upcoming Android tablet, the Galaxy Tab. And Vodafone has announced availability.

    Large companies across the UK increasingly turn to independent consultants when they want advice on the design and specification of a data centre. Almost all of them then ignore some or all of that advice, according to research released today.
  • Samsung launches Galaxy Tab Android tablet
    The long-anticipated Samsung Galaxy Tab is now official. Samsung unveiled the 7 inch Android tablet at a press conference in Berlin today. There’s still no official word on pricing, but we do know that it will start shipping in Europe in September, with Korean, US, and other Asian ship dates set to follow. Some sites are reporting that the tablet will run a whopping 799 Euros, but I suspect this is the unsubsidized price. The Galaxy Tab will likely be much cheaper if you purchase it from a wireless carrier along with a service contract.

    What do you get if you take a Toshiba AC100 Android powered netbook, add a touchscreen display and remove the keyboard? Apparently what you get is the Toshiba Folio 100, an Android Tablet that’s seeing the first light of day at the IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin this week.
